Job summary

Infinity Group is seeking a Client Relations Associate – Site Survey to set up projects for success through on-site assessments of existing conditions. You will travel the United States to document architectural layouts, MEP features, and basic building systems, providing data that informs feasibility budgets and early design decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field-based construction or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy.
• Basic understanding of commercial interiors and building systems.
• Ability to interpret and annotate architectural drawings.
• Self-starter with travel and logistics independence.
• Tech-savvy with mobile documentation and file sharing.
• Based near a major airport hub with regional and national connections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and measured surveys of commercial properties across the U.S.
• Document existing conditions including layout, structural features, and basic building systems using laser measuring tools and drawing markups.
• Attend site walk-throughs with brokers, landlords, and clients, representing Infinity Group with professionalism and clarity.
• Produce organized notes, sketches, photographs, and other data to support internal feasibility assessments.
• Summarize site findings for design and costing teams, ensuring accurate handoff into the Feasibility Budget Report (FBR) process.
• Upload all site data into internal platforms (CRM, File Management Platform) accurately and on time.
• Maintain a flexible and responsive travel schedule to meet evolving project needs across the region.
