Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; commensurate experience considered.
• College or technical courses in mathematics and surveying.
• 3+ years of survey or construction experience preferred.
• Familiar with field procedures for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Responsibilities

• Operate survey instruments (total-station, GPS, data-collector, level).
• Perform boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys.
• Set up and calibrate equipment; perform survey calculations.
• Conduct stakeouts and locations surveys; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate work and train junior personnel.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed daily.
