Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Buford, GA is seeking a Junior Survey Crew Chief to lead field activities on a range of public and private projects. You will supervise crew members, perform basic surveys, and support project management with accurate field data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct surveying experience.
• 2+ years as Instrument Operator.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform basic field surveys under project scope and standards.
• Supervise and direct other survey crew members.
• Interact with project site supervisors and client field representatives.
• Prepare detailed field notes and daily activity reports.
• Perform in-field calculations for stakeout and land surveys.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to health and safety programs and SOPs.
• Transfer field data to the office daily.
