You will supervise crews and work with a Registered Professional Surveyor to ensure accurate data collection and high-quality deliverables. Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience as a survey crew chief or in a similar role.
• Proficiency operating GPS surveying equipment and robotic total stations.
• Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and standard field practices.
• Experience interpreting construction plans, specifications, and boundary documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD workflows and survey data processing.
• Understanding of construction layout procedures and civil engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and field safety practices.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead field survey crews in boundary, ALTA/ACSM, topographic, route, and construction surveys.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment, including robotic total stations and GPS receivers.
• Collect accurate field data, including measurements, notes, and sketches, to support survey deliverables.
• Ensure efficient daily field operations, including task planning, crew coordination, and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain and inspect survey equipment and vehicles to ensure proper working condition.
• Follow and promote health and safety standards and standard operating procedures in all field activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and office staff to support project completion.
