Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief.
• Experience performing boundary, topographic, construction layout, and as-built surveys.
• Strong communication with contractors, inspectors, and team leaders.
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead boundary, topographic, construction layout, and as-built surveys.
• Operate Trimble total stations, GPS, and data collectors to capture data.
• Record detailed field notes and prepare accurate as-built documentation.
• Establish vertical and horizontal control points with precision.
• Work independently or guide a team on layout and setup.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
