Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive work experience in construction and field surveying or an equivalent level.
• Experience with field surveys, testing, and documentation of project records is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare, review, maintain, and file project records, estimates, and reports.
• Perform topographic surveys and field testing for soils, asphalt, and concrete.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and QA/QC documentation for construction materials.
• Assist in permitting processes and manage small projects or components of larger ones.
