TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an entry-level field helper to assist skilled craftspersons in surveying-related tasks. The role involves manual labor, observing safety rules, and learning to establish elevations under supervision.

Applicants should be ready to work outdoors in all weather, climb and work at heights, and operate basic survey tools. This position offers hands-on experience in the industrial construction sector and requires reliability and physical stamina.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior field experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Field experience in a craft discipline and safe tool usage is expected.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual labor related to surveying needs, such as cutting brush for lines and placing markers.
• Assist in establishing elevations and grades as required by the surveying team.
• Install or mark elevations as directed by the Surveying Journeyman.
• Measure distances manually with survey chains and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with electronic measuring and sighting equipment as needed.
• Operate and maintain survey tools and instruments.
