Job summary

Insight Service Group (ISG) is hiring Surveillance Investigators in Vermont. You will conduct on-site mobile surveillance, document findings, and manage records while traveling as needed.

A reliable vehicle, digital video camera, and the ability to work independently are essential. Qualified applicants have SIU/surveillance experience, a valid driver's license, and must complete Vermont training and obtain the private investigator employee registration.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance or SIU investigations.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must maintain a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Digital video camera with date/time stamp.
• Ability to write detailed reports and use web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site mobile surveillance and investigations.
• Document findings with reports and upload video evidence.
• Travel up to 2 hours one way per case as needed.
• Collaborate with team and report findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with policies.
