Job summary

L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service is seeking an Assistant to work alongside Technicians. You will ride to job sites, help set up projects, handle tools, and ensure safe, efficient execution of plumbing and drain tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related plumbing, drain cleaning, or construction experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Consistently punctual and reliable.
• Ability to lift/move 35lbs regularly, 100lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 200 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varied environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.
• Willingness to adapt to schedule changes and assist in both Jetting and Repair departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ride with Technicians to job sites and assist with project setup.
• Provide and organize necessary tools and equipment.
• Assist with drain cleaning and drain repairs.
• Support both Jetting and Repair departments as needed.
