Job summary

Vay is transforming urban mobility with a remote driving fleet. The Field Support Agent will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready, while supporting testing and training of autonomous driving tech in Las Vegas. A strong safety mindset and adaptable scheduling are essential for this hands-on role.

Offered pay is $15 per hour with a performance-based bonus, paid bi-weekly. This role contributes to rapid scaling and real-world deployment of cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Safety-conscious and reliable driver.
• Able to pass a drug screening including THC.
• Flexible with shift patterns.
• Interested in autonomous vehicles and future mobility.

Responsibilities

• Rebalance vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to maintain fleet availability.
• Charge, clean, and perform quality checks on vehicles for optimal customer experience.
• Serve as safety driver during training and testing sessions.
• Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are road-ready.
• Occasionally deliver vehicles to customers and assist with pickups.
