Job summary

Vay in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Field Support Agent to keep our autonomous vehicle fleet ready and safe on public streets. You will rebalance the fleet, charge, clean, and perform quality checks, while assisting with testing and training of our groundbreaking mobility solution.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, willingness to work variable shifts, and a readiness to pass a drug screening. Competitive pay with bonuses and team benefits available.

What's happening at Vay

• First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & currently the 2nd largest commercial, driverless car fleet in the Western World.


• We've partnered with Kodiak to bring remote-driving technology to autonomous trucks in the US, showcasing our ability to integrate our system into heavy-duty commercial vehicles and expand the applications of our tech across the US.

Why this role is exciting

This is your chance to be at the forefront of one of the most exciting technology projects in the world. As a Field Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge autonomous driving technology to life. You'll work hands-on with our vehicle fleet, making sure they're ready for action - clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready. You'll also contribute directly to testing and training processes, all while supporting a groundbreaking mobility solution in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

The pay for this part-time role-

Base Pay: $15 per hour

Bonus Structure:

• $100 bonus per week, for hitting 50 missions in a 40 hour week (Prorated to 1.25 missions per hour worked)


• $160 bonus per week, for hitting 60 mission in a 40 hour week (Prorated to 1.5 missions per hour worked)

This would enable a maximum $19 per hour OTE (on target earnings).

What you'll be driving

• Rebalancing vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability


• Charging, cleaning, and performing quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience


• Acting as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions


• Completing checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment


• Occasionally delivering vehicles directly to customers and assisting with pickups

What are we looking for

• A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver's license


• Willingness to variable shift patterns


• Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC


• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset


• An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility


• Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment
