Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Field Support Technician to gain hands-on experience across the country by supporting low-voltage and network infrastructure projects.

You’ll install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems, read blueprints, and work with testing equipment while growing your technical skills. Travel is 100% and you’ll be part of a collaborative team with ample training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Early-career talent with vocational/technical training or strong interest in technology.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Technician, You’ll Get Hands-on Experience While Supporting Essential Low-voltage And Network Infrastructure Projects Across The Country

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems, including Fiber Optics, Copper Cabling, Construction/Infrastructure components, and Telecommunications systems.
• Learn how to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Work with industry-standard tools and testing equipment.
• Build expertise in cabling, networking fundamentals, and system integration.
• Partner with experienced technicians who will help you develop your technical abilities.
• Deliver excellent service while representing Black Box at customer sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards on each project.
