Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Morristown, TN is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to assist with the setup and teardown of kiosks at 29 East Tennessee locations.

You will drive a moving truck, unload equipment, and install kiosk furniture while ensuring brand appearance across sites. Ideal candidates have basic computer/tech knowledge, reliable transportation, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Basic computer and technical aptitude preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to maintain brand/marketing appearance standards across locations.
• Maintain a clean, inviting workspace at each site (trash removal, cleaning, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Seasonal Field Support Technician isresponsible for completing the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in various local retail stores at 29 locations in East Tennessee. Tasks include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into the location, setting up kiosk, and location maintenance. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of computer/tech installation. Seasonal position with opportunities for advancement and possible permanent position for the right candidate.

What you'll do here:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills you'll bring for success:

• Driver’s license required for those required to drive, preferred for those not driving.
• Reliable transportation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
• Customer service experience.

Physical Demand and Work Effort

• Standing, walking, sitting.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 55 lbs. at one time.
• Must be able to hold, carry and move equipment, tools, and materials.
• Compliance with company policies and standards.
