Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to oversee the setup and breakdown of kiosks at multiple East Tennessee store locations. The role requires basic computer know-how, reliable transportation, and strong customer service skills.

You will travel to local stores, assemble equipment, and maintain brand appearance across sites. The position offers training and development, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure locations meet brand appearance standards.
• Maintains a clean and inviting workplace, including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Seasonal Field Support Technician isresponsible for completing the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in various local retail stores at 29 locations in East Tennessee. Tasks include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into the location, setting up kiosk, and location maintenance. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of computer/tech installation. Seasonal position with opportunities for advancement and possible permanent position for the right candidate.

What you’ll do here:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
