Job summary

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Support leader in Mansfield, TX to provide on-site technical support for PERI formwork systems and to train staff in proper assembly and use. The role emphasizes safety practices, project scheduling, and proactive problem solving.

This position requires up to 50% travel nationwide, with a mix of office and on-site responsibilities. Ability to guide the Field Support team and improve profitability and timelines is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the concrete formwork industry.
• 5 years in field use of formwork products and solutions.
• 5 years in project management.
• 5 years in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• 5 years in cost effective resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support with PERI formwork products.
• Assist in training PERI employees on use and assembly of PERI products.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding potential problems with PERI equipment.
• Identify problems related to PERI equipment and develop action plans for immediate resolutions.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Field Support team to identify risks and opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to ensure profitability and accurate timelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety requirements.
• Domestic travel up to 50% of the time for client visits.
• Work from home permissible on Monday and Friday within commuting distance of the Mansfield office.

Duties : Provideon-site technical support through knowledge of best practices that ensures the fast, easy, and safe assembly ofPERI’sformwork, shoring, and scaffolding projects. Maximize resourceutilizationthrough effective project pipeline scheduling and management.Assistin training PERI employees on the use and assembly of PERI products. Communicate with internal departmentsregardingpotential problems with PERI equipment. Accurately and consistentlyidentifyproblems related to PERI equipment and their cause and develop action plans for immediate andappropriate resolutions. Lead, coach, andmentorthe Field Support team toidentifybusiness risks and opportunities, and to achieve team-specific goals to improve efficiency and expand knowledge and experience.Identifyareas of improvement and implement best practices to ensure profitability andaccuratetimelines. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.Comply withsafety regulations and policies, consulting and working with site construction teams to ensure all safety practices involving PERI products are followed and providing notification to the customer about noncompliance.Domestic travel up to 50% of the time for client visits for customer support. Work from home permissible on Monday and Friday within normal commuting distance of the Mansfield office.

Requirements: 10 years of experience in the concrete formwork industry, including: 10 years of experience applying construction standards and safety requirements; 5 years of experience in field use of concrete formwork products and solutions; 5 years of experience in project management; 5 years of experience identifying and implementing process improvements; and 5 years of experience in cost effective resource utilization.
