Job summary

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is seeking a Field Support Specialist to deliver propane tanks to residential customers, install equipment, and support daily distribution. You will travel to stores, ensure displays are stocked and safe, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and able to lift up to 40lbs while adhering to DOT regulations. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 40lbs.
• Fluent English—read, write, and speak.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane tanks to residential customers using a non-commercial company vehicle as part of the Blue Rhino Home Delivery (BRD+) program.
• Act as a key representative of Blue Rhino's Home Delivery program, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Safely load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane cylinders in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while maintaining required records and documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or supply needs for safe operations.
• Assist with reloading commercial delivery trucks to support daily distribution activities.
• Perform warehouse, logistics, and other operational support tasks as needed.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while maintaining required records and documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance, equipment, or supply needs to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Assist with reloading commercial delivery trucks to support daily distribution activities and operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse, logistics, and other operational support tasks as needed to meet business demands.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 40lbs.
• Speak, read, and legible write fluent English.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
