The veterinarians that use these tools rely on Field Support Representatives (FSR) to teach them how to make the best use of these machines and to troubleshoot if there are technical issues.

Your day-to-day will involve meeting new people and building relationships with customers. Building relationships and being a team player is essential. The role continues to evolve with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
As an FSR, you will work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to develop strategies for maintaining customer accounts through education and customer-centric solutions. You will install and train clinic staff on IDEXX analyzers such as ProCyte, Catalyst One, and SediVue. You will also provide onsite technical support during critical customer visits. No two days are the same. You will visit customers daily, adjusting your schedule as needed for customer events or emergencies.
This position is field-based, working and traveling from a home office. You will use various programs to plan your visits, serving as an IDEXX ambassador and trusted advisor. Managing your schedule based on customer needs and your professional growth is key.
