Farm Family is seeking a Lead, Field Support Specialist to oversee daily call center operations and support productivity across the team. You will guide and train field support personnel, manage escalations, and help optimize customer service processes.

The role requires extensive customer service experience and strong knowledge of property & casualty applications and products. You will work on-site in our Omaha office and contribute to performance metrics and policy development.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Supervisory/management experience not applicable.
• Minimum of four years of customer service experience.
• Six years of experience in agent/customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of P&C applications and products.

Mansioni

• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Coach, mentor, train, and motivate new and current Field Support Specialists.
• Assist with setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Field Support Center leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day operations, escalations, and workflows.
