Job summary

Elevated Facility Services is seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee field support programs, ensuring safe, efficient operations and driving professional growth. You will manage fleet, uniforms, safety footwear, and tool procurement while aligning with Operations, Safety, HR, Finance, and vendor partners.

You will develop policies, track KPIs, prepare leadership reports, negotiate vendor contracts, and support budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain)
• 3+ years of experience in fleet management, operations, facilities support, procurement, asset management, or related field
• Experience managing vendor relationships, purchasing programs, and operational budgets
• Experience supporting field service organizations or multi-location operations preferred
• Strong understanding of fleet management, vehicle maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fleet, inventory, or asset management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, including procurement, maintenance, licensing, and fuel programs
• Manage uniform program administration across field personnel
• Lead safety footwear program management and vendor coordination
• Develop policies, procedures, and best practices for assigned programs
• Create and track KPIs for fleet, uniforms, safety footwear, and tools
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on performance and budgets
• Collaborate with field leaders, safety personnel, and department managers
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to maximize value and service quality
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for assigned programs
