Job summary

Senior Helpers of Dayton is seeking a reliable Field Support Coordinator to assist clients and caregiving teams in the field. The role requires flexibility, adaptability to schedule changes, and a passion for providing high-quality care and leadership support.

You will cover shifts, assist SOC visits, supervise caregiver performance, document progress, and support daily operations, including on-call rotation. 40-hour week; $15–$20/hour; extended care opportunities.

Qualifications

• STNA Certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing and able to drive up to 100 miles per day.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial care for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and quality care.
• Cover shifts in caregiver call-out situations until permanent coverage is assigned.
• Assist with SOC visits and client introductions.
• Meet caregivers in the field to provide support, training, and skill evaluations.
• Ensure caregivers are following the Plan of Care (POC).
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Assist with office duties when needed, including answering phones and relaying information to management.
• Participate in on-call rotation one week per month.
• Support daily operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
