Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:

Field Supervisor

Full-time, non-exempt.

RHA is looking for a Field Supervisor to manage and coordinate all administrative and field duties for the Gas Appliance Inspection and Appliance Delivery teams. They will work closely with Resource Innovations (RI) and Utility Program Managers to ensure program goals and objectives related to RI Energy Savings Assistance Gas Appliance Inspection and Appliance Delivery services are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year of supervisory experience
• Must have two years of experience working with energy efficiency programs
• Experience in NGAT industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Highly effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain records/databases
• Excellent follow-through skills and ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
• Ability to transfer technical and programmatic requirements into practical implementation protocols

Pay Range

$70,000 - $80,000 per year. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
