Job description

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support various residential energy efficiency programs in Central/North New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy‑efficient equipment, pre/post‑installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities.
• Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications.
• Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a company‑provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience, including auditing, home inspections, and home equipment installation.
• Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field‑service setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; BPI Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass a pre‑employment drug test and motor‑vehicle report.
• Must be able to work in a safety‑sensitive environment and comply with DOT and other applicable regulations.

Additional Information
