Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Field Supervisor – Water Transfer to lead on-site water transfer operations in Wyalusing. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental and client expectations while supervising crew members and serving as the client liaison.

This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts, outdoor work in all weather, and travel to nearby sites. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is paid in four quarterly installments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and delegate work assignments
• Act as the primary liaison between Keystone and the client
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems
• Train and ensure safety compliance of new team members
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specifications and cost planning
• Maintain and submit accurate field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs
• Support EH&S compliance and overall job site organization
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and cost management on all projects
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
