Job summary

AWP Safety in the United States is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a 30+ person team in safety‑focused field operations. You will uphold Ownership, Trust, and Teamwork while advancing our EHS initiatives to protect employees, customers, and assets.

This role focuses on frontline safety, field coaching, scheduling, and client engagement, with most time spent in the field. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, drive performance, and contribute to our growth as a top safety partner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a 4-year degree in business-related field a plus
• 2–4 years of supervisor experience and experience building large teams
• Strong relational skills

Responsibilities

• Front line safety – Protection of employees and customers against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices
• Ensure that safety, quality, training, employee engagement and retention are a prime focus of the business
• Perform field and vehicle inspections, attend pre-bid meetings, meet with clients and work in the field coaching and developing your team
• Assist in creating daily schedules, monitor employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues and training requirements
• Become an expert in the work zone setup/design and professional flagging
• Lead a team of 30+

Qualifications

What you bring to us:

• High School Diploma or awarded GED - a 4-year degree in business-related field a plus
• 2 - 4 years of supervisor experience and experience building large teams
• Strong relational skills

Other things to know:

• Majority of time will be spent driving and in the field (90%)
• You will work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
• Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation
• Typical workweek 40+ hours

Compensation Range: $60k - $65k per year + bonus potential
