Job summary

The position requires at least two years as a Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor and five years as a Rig Operator, with a valid CDL and willingness to travel. Local candidates within 60 miles are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and implement job orders from the customer representative.
• Assist planning and scheduling using the customer-approved vendor list.
• Communicate job schedule, status, and requirements to customers and leadership.
• Ensure safety policies and operating procedures are followed.
• Monitor Rig Operator performance and support quality programs.
• Aid in crew recruitment and readiness for field work.
• Report incidents and assist with safety investigations.
• Manage pre-use inspections and equipment checks; escalate as needed.
• Resolve disputes between customers and the company.
• Identify potential business opportunities and relay leads to leadership.
