Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Field Supervisor for its Phoenix, AZ location to lead polished concrete and epoxy flooring projects. You will direct installation activities, travel to customer facilities across states, inspect work, and oversee crews to meet client standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Warehouse Manager for material orders, maintaining a safe site, and ensuring smooth project scheduling and execution.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of flooring experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel, stay overnight.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Travel to customer facilities, including multi-state travel.
• Frequently inspect the project and oversee crew performance to meet customer standards.
• Coordinate activities with the Warehouse Manager to order materials.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site and oversee project organization and scheduling.
