QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Field Supervisor for its Phoenix, AZ location to lead polished concrete and epoxy flooring projects. You will direct installation activities, travel to customer facilities across states, inspect work, and oversee crews to meet client standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Warehouse Manager for material orders, maintaining a safe site, and ensuring smooth project scheduling and execution.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of flooring experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel, stay overnight.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Field Supervisor (Commercial/Industrial Flooring)

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor for its Phoenix, AZ location. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects delivering polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions.

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Field Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Ensure timely daily communication with sales, operations, clients, and field personnel.
• Travel to customer facilities, including multi‑state travel.
• Frequently inspect the project.
• Oversee crew performance to meet customer standards.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site.
• Coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Oversee the organization, scheduling, and implementation of each project.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to order materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of administration and management of flooring projects.
• Two to three years of flooring experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to direct supervisors and crew.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight.
• Exposure to construction conditions.
