Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Service Foreperson to lead flooring crews and ensure high-quality epoxy and polished concrete installations across industrial, commercial, and retail sites. You will supervise teams, coordinate schedules, and uphold safety and production standards.

The role requires travel, overnight stays, and a valid driver's license, with compensation including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
