Job summary

Prairie Field Services is seeking a Field Supervisor in Casper, WY to lead tanker operations, uphold safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction. You will supervise field crews, mentor drivers, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time, compliant execution of every job.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements, has 2+ years of oilfield experience, and is familiar with DOT hours-of-service rules.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with tanker and hazmat endorsements required.
• 2+ years oilfield experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules.
• Experience with transportation management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tanker team operations in the field.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards.
• Build relationships with customers' field representatives.
• Conduct safety audits and driver observations.
• Support maintenance and Dispatch team.
• Respond to incidents with clear reporting.
• Mentor and train drivers to promote improvement and compliance.
• Manage routes, well, and LACT sites; keep plans current.
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up.
