Qualifications

• 3+ years in wind turbine operations or blade inspections
• 1+ year proven experience as a SkySpecs Field Technician
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Experience with rope access, climbing and confined-space work
• Strong leadership and ability to manage field teams

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site worksite control during daily field operations.
• Ensure safe turbine access, climbing, and blade-entry activities.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure procedures are followed.
• Provide mentorship and training to technicians.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with permits and training.
• Interface with customers and management to maintain safety and quality.
