Healthcare Plus is a home healthcare agency providing in-home care with several branches in northern Illinois. We are seeking an entry-level Field Supervisor in Aurora to support our team and ensure Clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

You will coordinate field activity, communicate with caregivers and clients, and document visits and updates while maintaining safety and professionalism. If you are organized, reliable, and enjoy fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

• Document visits, notes, and follow-ups accurately and on time
• Help resolve day-to-day issues quickly while keeping safety and professionalism front and center
