A bachelor's degree in a related field with 6–7 years of experience or equivalent is required, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with six to seven years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Must possess a current, legally valid driver's license and meet the company's driving record requirements.
Experience in construction, maintenance or warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities

Provides field supervision to crews, prepares appraisals, handles personnel matters, provides union steward interface, and makes independent decisions concerning crew personnel.
Coordinates field activities for gas or electric distribution projects, including inspections, permits, and equipment needs.
Communicates job activities with construction personnel and other team members to ensure progress is tracked and understood.
Ensures policies and procedures are followed and updated with regard to safety, training, and standards.
