Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations and drive safety-conscious performance. You will manage route scheduling and staffing while coaching teams and ensuring clear communication across operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL with a P endorsement. DOT drug testing may apply, underscoring our safety-first culture.

Qualifications
