Job summary

Carolina Heating Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to lead electrical crews on residential and light commercial projects. You will inspect sites for safety and code compliance, assist with complex installations, and manage plans, estimates, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in electrical field work, prior supervision, and strong NEC knowledge. Standby generator experience is a plus, with a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Qualifications

Five+ years of electrical field experience.
Previous leadership or field-supervision experience.
Experience estimating and pricing larger electrical projects.
Standby generator experience preferred.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred or required by local regs.
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and support electricians and installation crews.
Visit job sites to ensure safe, code-compliant work.
Provide technical assistance with troubleshooting and complex electrical installations.
Review plans, specs, and job-site conditions.
Prepare labor and material estimates for larger projects.
Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules.
Coordinate permits, inspections, materials, and subcontractors.
Monitor labor, materials, costs, and profitability.
Train and coach field employees on safety and quality.
