Job summary

Carolina Heating is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to join our team in Anderson, SC. The role covers installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial electrical systems while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to safety and code requirements.

You will lead crews, review plans, estimate labor and materials, and coordinate permits, inspections, and schedules.

Qualifications

• At least five years of electrical field experience.
• Leadership or field supervision experience required.
• Experience estimating and pricing larger electrical projects.
• Standby generator experience preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred or required by local regs.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support electricians, apprentices, and crews.
• Visit job sites to ensure safe, code-compliant, high-quality work.
• Provide technical assistance with troubleshooting and complex installations.
• Review plans and job-site conditions.
• Prepare labor and material estimates for larger projects.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and schedules.
• Monitor job costs and profitability.
• Train and coach field employees on safety and customer service.
• Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into projects.
