Senior Solutions Home Care in Cookeville, TN, is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs and home care operations. You will lead quality visits, coach staff, and ensure service delivery meets DIDD expectations while advancing person-centered practices.

This role offers a company vehicle, competitive salary, weekly pay, full-time schedule, and benefits including health, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.
• Observe services and provide coaching.
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development.
• Complete quality assurance visits and review documentation.

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role. No supervisory experience? That's ok. Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services

• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
