Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs. You will lead field staff, coach DSPs and job coaches, and ensure quality visits and compliance while advancing person-centered services in multiple settings including in-home and community sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs and field staff; reinforce DIDD expectations.
• Observe services and provide coaching; support staff development.
• Complete quality assurance visits and review service delivery.
• Assist with audits, incidents, and improvements to quality outcomes.

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.

No supervisory experience? That's ok. If you've worked in ECF, supported employment, job coaching or IDD services are ready to grow, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion

Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals

• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development

Ensure Quality & Compliance

• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes

Problem Solve & Improve Services

• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
