Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, providing leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role. No supervisory experience is required, and we offer growth, training, and benefits with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in ECF, supported employment, job coaching or IDD services is welcome and growth-oriented.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations.
• Observe services and provide coaching.
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development.
• Complete quality assurance visits.
• Review documentation and service delivery.
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events.
• Support compliance requirements.
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes.
• Resolve client and caregiver concerns.
• Monitor service quality.
• Assist with audits and corrective actions.
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions.

What You'll Do
