The candidate should be essentially from an elevator background having experience in the installation of elevators.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare business plan for the area of operations.
  2. Plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the team.
  3. Monthly planning of completion.
  4. Monitor job as per schedule and visit site.
  5. Handle construction completions while monitoring construction jobs.
  6. Interact with clients and follow up on AMT to submit BPR.
  7. Collect fixed payment from clients.
  8. Ensure 100% adherence to safety & quality.
  9. Work as a team with sales staff to meet customer requirements.
  10. Conduct review meetings to monitor progress of various projects.
  11. Conduct field education training ensuring a safe working environment.
  12. Regularly perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans.
  13. Coordinate all material deliveries from the factory.
  14. Forecast and schedule labor resources ensuring successful project completion.
  15. Accurately analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
  2. Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  4. Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
  5. Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and good decision-making skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
  6. 5+ years of elevator industry experience preferred.

Desirable: Experience in the elevator industry.
