Airlogix is seeking a Field-First Leader to drive production, accountability, and team wins in a field-based HVAC & Refrigeration operation. This role demands hands-on leadership, close collaboration with technicians, and a focus on delivering reliable field execution and client satisfaction.
You will supervise, coach, and align field teams across maintenance, service, and retrofit work, while ensuring safety, quality, and clear communication.
Company: Airlogix
Location: Queens, NY
Compensation: $62/hour + performance bonus opportunity
Annualized Equivalent: Approximately $129,000 before overtime and bonus
Total Compensation Potential: $140,000–$165,000+, depending on overtime, performance, experience, and business needs
Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based Leadership Role
Work Style: Primarily Field-Based, with office coordination as needed
Airlogix is building a stronger field operation, and the Field Supervisor role is one of the most important seats in that build.
This is not a clipboard supervisor position. This is not a role for someone who wants a title but stays away from the work. This is a field-first leadership role for a commercial HVAC & Refrigeration professional who can stay close to the tools, close to the technicians, and close to the jobs.
The right person will help drive production, reinforce accountability, support technicians, strengthen field communication, and improve execution every day.
Compensation includes a strong hourly base plus performance bonus opportunity tied to field execution, team performance, quality, efficiency, and client success. We are looking for someone who understands that leadership is measured in results — better jobs, stronger technicians, cleaner communication, fewer dropped balls, and more wins for the team, the client, and the company.
In commercial HVAC & Refrigeration, field execution affects everything: uptime, safety, client trust, job profitability, technician morale, and company reputation.
When technicians are supported, work moves better. When standards are clear, production improves. When supervisors are present in the field, problems get solved before they become bigger issues.
That is where you come in.
You are technically strong, but you do not lead with arrogance.
You know commercial HVAC & Refrigeration well enough to earn respect from technicians. You can see when a job is drifting, when quality is slipping, when a technician needs support, or when communication needs to be tightened before it becomes a customer problem.
You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. You need steady, direct, fair, and consistent.
Airlogix needs someone with integrity, humility, and execution. Someone who can tell the truth without creating drama. Someone who can hold standards without making it personal. Someone who can fight for the team and the company by making sure the work is done right.
This role is for someone mission-first — someone who cares about production, efficiency, team wins, client success, and doing the job right.
A major part of this role is helping strengthen the field team from the inside.
You will support technicians, lead techs, captains, and future foremen by modeling the standard in the field. You will help people build stronger habits: better communication, cleaner execution, stronger ownership, sharper customer awareness, and more disciplined follow-through.
You will not just point out problems. You will help correct them.
You will coach in the moment, reinforce expectations, support hard conversations when needed, and help create a field environment where accountability becomes normal — not personal.
The right person will earn respect through technical ability first, then keep it through fairness, consistency, integrity, and real leadership.
Commercial clients depend on Airlogix to keep critical HVAC & Refrigeration systems running. Offices, retail centers, industrial sites, property portfolios, food-service environments, and commercial facilities do not have room for loose execution.
Your work will directly affect response time, job completion, callback reduction, maintenance quality, service efficiency, retrofit support, customer confidence, and technician development.
You will be one of the people making sure Airlogix standards show up on the roof, in the mechanical room, in the truck, and in front of the customer.
This is where production improves. This is where efficiency improves. This is where the team starts winning more consistently.
