LeoForce, a growing property management company, is hiring a Field Supervisor for Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. The role requires senior-level expertise in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs.

You will lead a crew across sites, manage reports and meetings, and communicate effectively with teams. Spanish-speaking candidates are required; strong integrity and smartphone proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs.
• Spanish speaking a must.
• Proven ability to lead a team/crew of workers.
• High integrity.
• Smart phone proficiency, ( photos, forms, DocuSign, messaging).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to run reports and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew across sites and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate maintenance and property repairs per site requirements.
• Manage reports and facilitate meetings with clients and team members.
