Job summary

Timal Group LLC is seeking motivated Field Supervisors to oversee field operations and drive project success. You will lead field teams, coordinate vendors and workers, and ensure adherence to plans and schedules across construction sites.

Applicants should have 2+ years in construction, OSHA certification, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and reliable travel are essential for timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years in construction; management experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Willing to drive and travel, including out-of-state.
• Leadership and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activity across assigned communities.
• Supervise field team and coordinate vendors.
• Ensure work follows floor plans and selection sheets.
• Document field activity in Jobber for production and payroll.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication.
• Conduct material and equipment inventory and check conditions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Verify Punch Out Lists and maintain quality.
• Supervise Field Assistants and schedule tasks.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors; write production reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and travel consistently, including out-of-state trips.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Capable of climbing ladders and moving freely to observe all areas in houses or buildings under construction.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Required OSHA certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned communities daily.
• Supervise field team.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and workers for scheduling.
• Ensure all production work adheres to floor plans and selection sheets.
• Learn and follow each Builder’s Scope of Work.
• Resolve major issues as they arise.
  
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication throughout the construction process.
• Conduct material and equipment inventory, including noting equipment conditions.
• Comply with and ensure other workers adhere to OSHA Safety Regulations.
• Document all field activity in Jobber for production and payroll reports.
• Confirm Punch Out Lists are complete to ensure quality work delivery.
• Supervise Field Assistants and coordinating their schedules.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors.
• Write completed production reports and ensuring their accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and vendor information.
