Zusammenfassung

Timal Group LLC is seeking motivated Field Assistants to support construction projects across communities. You will monitor sites, coordinate vendors, and help ensure work aligns with floor plans and schedules.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA certification, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• OSHA certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Some construction experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor assigned communities daily.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and workers for scheduling.
• Ensure all production work adheres to floor plans and selection sheets.
• Learn and follow each Builder’s Scope of Work.
• Resolve minor field issues and escalate major concerns to Field Supervisors/Managers.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely communication throughout the construction process.
• Conduct material and equipment inventory, including noting equipment conditions.
• Comply with OSHA Safety Regulations and ensure others adhere to them.
• Document all field activity in Jobber for production and payroll reports.
• Assist with Punch Out Lists to ensure quality work delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and vendor information.

• Ability to drive and travel consistently, including out-of-state trips.
• Capable of climbing ladders and moving freely to observe all areas in houses or buildings under construction.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Required OSHA certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills.
• Some experience in construction is preferred.
