Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Field Supervision & Standards Team Lead to strengthen supervisory practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across our agency distribution network.

You will lead 5–7 Field Supervision Managers, shaping discipline, training, and performance. The role partners with Zone leadership, General Office teams, and Home Office, guiding risk management, SIIs, ASQs, ICFRs, and supervisory interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• FINRA licenses or eligibility required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned offices.
• Strong leadership and risk-management capabilities.
• Experience with supervisory controls and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Supervision Managers.
• Oversee supervisory interviews, questionnaires, and reviews.
• Identify market conduct risks and guide resolution.
• Prepare for CCD field reviews and regulatory readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
