Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 2-4 year project with relocation assistance. Location: Childress, TX or Boise, ID. Full-time role at ~50 hours per week, with optional company-provided housing in Childress.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, driving schedule milestones, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on civil/site, structural, and architectural scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong structural steel and concrete experience.
• Civil/sitework/dirt work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and field crews across assigned project areas.
• Coordinate with project engineers, construction teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive schedule performance and milestone completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Resolve field challenges and keep work progressing efficiently.
