Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 2-4 year project with relocation assistance. Location: Childress, TX or Boise, ID. Full-time role at ~50 hours per week, with optional company-provided housing in Childress.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, driving schedule milestones, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on civil/site, structural, and architectural scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong structural steel and concrete experience.
• Civil/sitework/dirt work experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage subcontractors and field crews across assigned project areas
• Coordinate with project engineers, construction teams, and stakeholders
• Drive schedule performance and milestone completion
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Resolve field challenges and keep work progressing efficiently

CSA Scope:

• Civil: grading, site development, utilities, and dirt work
• Structural: foundations, concrete, steel erection, and structural systems
• Architectural: building envelope, walls, doors, finishes, and related building components

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Strong structural steel and concrete experience
• Civil/sitework/dirt work experience

Required Backgrounds

• Boise, ID Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or other high-tech construction projects
• Childress, TX Large industrial, manufacturing, energy, mining, heavy civil, or large-scale construction projects
