Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cabinet, millwork, and solid surface installation.
• Experience supervising installation crews on high-end projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on assigned job sites.
• Ensure quality and precision in cabinet and millwork installation.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate field activities with project managers, engineers, GCs, and other trades.
• Create and maintain installation schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce safety policies.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
• Serve as primary field contact for clients and contractors.
• Train and mentor field personnel in installation techniques.
• Verify final installation meets quality and perform project closeout.
