Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial cabinet, millwork, and solid surface installation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Experience with high-end projects (hospitals, universities, corporate interiors).
• Familiarity with project management software or field documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on assigned job sites.
• Ensure quality and precision in the installation of cabinets, millwork, and solid surface components.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate field activities with project managers, engineers, and general contractors.
• Create and maintain installation schedules and daily progress reports.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA-compliant policies.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and site logistics.
• Serve as the primary field contact for clients and contractors; resolve field issues promptly.
• Train and mentor field personnel in installation techniques.
• Verify final installation meets quality standards and perform closeout procedures.
