Job summary

Adams group in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site installation of commercial cabinet and millwork projects. You will read architectural drawings, schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on high-end interiors.

The role requires at least 5 years in cabinet/millwork installation with 2 years supervising, proficiency with blueprints, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, OSHA 10/30 preferred, and ability to travel

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cabinet, millwork and solid surface installation.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
Experience on high-end projects (hospitals, universities, corporate interiors) preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation crews on assigned job sites.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate field activities with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
Create and maintain installation schedules and daily progress reports.
Monitor job site safety and enforce safety policies in line with OSHA.
Train and mentor field personnel in installation techniques and standards.
Ensure final installation meets quality expectations and perform closeout.
