Job summary

Groundworks in Fargo, ND leads foundation repair and related groundwork projects with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. We seek a Superintendent to oversee multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to design specs and company standards.

You will mentor field staff, enforce OSHA practices, manage resources to meet deadlines, and contribute to budgeting while maintaining our performance expectations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Ability to read blueprints and project schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities specific to foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control related to field operations.
• Mentor and support field staff and junior superintendents to develop their skills.
